need help with organising a private table online

hi i was wondering if you are allowed to make a thread to organise a private table online for 2+2ers $1+0.1 on these forums. if so which forum should i make it?
has this been done before?
i want to arrange a weekly tornament NLHE once a week, high quality players at a cheap buy in.
