If by lateral pull downs we are talking about the one that comes down the back of your neck then I agree with this. I can pull down 80kgs which is my body weight, but can only do 1 or 2 pull ups before going B-U-S-T-O [/ QUOTE ] Forget the pulldowns and work on pull-ups Grease the Groove style. |
