Default preflop fold

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO 3-bets</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB caps</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero folds, CO calls.

The fold looks good to me. AK is the only non-pair hand that you should call here, imho.

I think I'd see the flop.

SSH talks about being almost as tight in this spot as if you were facing a cold call. AQ is a hand that just misses when I think about re-raising the PFR so I think calling here when you are closing the action and you know the pot is gonna be big is ok.

I think you could call with AQs and flop a flush(draw). But if SB in this hand is somewhat sane, what is he capping with? With AQo, you just can't hit the flop hard enough to be really happy with your hand (short of flopping quads [img]/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img] ).

Guys, this is $0.05/$0.10. OP may still have the best hand. Have any reads on these guys? A lot of hands end up capped PF. Call.

This is a good fold against players with decent preflop raising standards.

Against some of the players with very loose raising standards at this limit, I would call the preflop cap.

So my default would be to fold against unknowns, but to call if I observed loose raising standards from my opponents.

you might aswell play every hand than? its better to look at the hand than the limit
