I believe he's referring to the dead money from the UTG+1 poster.

Yes, that much is clear. But I was confused when he said "folded to hero..."...eh, there was just one fold so far.

Yep. In this spot, pretty much any hand worth playing is worth playing for a raise. Effectively it's the same as if it's been folded to you, except the effect is even more magnified by the poster.

If it were folded to you without the poster, whether to raise or fold would be table-dependent for me. By MP3 I'm definitely raising. Having a poster in the hand makes me wililng to bump that limit a bit earlier. I'd never just call here though.

*Grunch*

I'm not really sure about that KJo PF-raise but I do it sometimes especially if the table is uber-tight and there's a big chance everybody will fold.

That continuation bet at flop is ok although there are draw possibilities so I'm not suprised you got callers.

I would consider a pure bluff at the turn also but I'm not really sure if it's +EV. Callers could be on a draw or on a small pair and that ace could scare those little pairs off. Check is probably the more conservative approach though and not a wrong one either.

River is good with the line you chose.
