Default $11: Party Bubble: itty bitty pocket pair against a smaller stack.

I've been pretty active with the steals at this point.
Villain seemed to be pretty tight/passive.
I have to assume that villain has a hand here, my pair sucks, but I'm getting about 2.2:1 on my money and a chance to get a huge stack and break the bubble.
Pokerstove puts me at about 3:2 with his range at top 10%.
Call here, or wait and try to sneak ITM?

SNGPT says that you could consider pushing first off, with positive EV of 0.5%, although your stack is >10xBB.

But I fold to his raise. What do you have beat?
