Can you sign up on Empire on same computer with Party Poker on it?

I know back in the day (9 months ago or so..lol) you needed to use a "clean" computer to sign up for Empire if you had Party already on it, but now with things the way they are, can I sign up for Empire on my computer that isn't "clean" (i.e. Party Installed on it)?
