3/6 TP medium kicker vs WtSD... 15%?!?!

So opponent is pretty loose preflop, but he only goes to the showdown 15% of the time, and when he goes he wins about 70% of them. He is naturally passive, so if he has a better hand hes not going to bet it. Am I value betting here or just showing down since he might have 2 pair / better kicker ?

Try changing the format button to 2+2.
