Re: TPTK ...another simple hand

You shouldn't be sorry for hand simplicity. It's the requently occuring hands that you have to master. I think you played this fine. Once he three-bets you on the flop he's either trying yo bluff you or he flopped something nice like a two pair or a set. If he's bluffing, raising the turn or river will only make him fold. If he's not raising will only make you lose more money. -aron |

Re: TPTK ...another simple hand
[ QUOTE ]
Fold for sure [/ QUOTE ] So we're raising the river to get extra value from a smaller K, right? We're folding to a 3-bet because it lets us know that we're up against a hand that isn't afraid of TPTK, right? Sorry if I'm dwelling on this idea too much. Ever since I started posting here, I've had a hard time grasping when to apply the whole bet/fold, raise/fold thing and I think its costing me $$. |

Re: TPTK ...another simple hand
First question... can someone tell me how the last-to-act button is leading each street?
I first wanted to say cap the flop but I'm pretty convinced just calling the 3-bet is okay. For those that want to raise the river, are you planning to fold to a raise? |
