Default 44 in BB, SB vs BB

I believe every once in awhile I'm blinded by the result of the hand and fail to see that I misplayed the hand. Not here.

In an effort to be honest with myself, I'm going to post this hand and just say honestly I have no explaination. I felt like I was lost therefore went totally weak. I consider myself a solid player, but this hand clearly doesn't show it. I'm not sure I played even one single street correctly. I have some idea how I would play this hand in the future, but I'd like to hear some thoughts. All right here it is.

Preflop is good, as long as you have the intention of raising the flop. That said, raise the flop.

The turn is close cuz you do have outs and you may be facing a checkraise. If ya know the player wouldn't be calling with jackshit on the flop, then check the turn. If he's a moron, bet it with the intention of checking the river.

I would had probably 3-bet preflop for sure then c-bet from there, folding to any aggression. Calling all the way down seems too icky to me
