Default Folding Aces in the $30/60 on Party

Villain in this hand is a complete donk and passive. I've never seen him get out of line. 46/6.7/0.64 thru 1,354 hands. I've been playing sanely and haven't done anything nuts or overly aggressive this session.

I open with aces in early position and he calls from the big blind. The flop is 976 rainbow and he check/calls.

Turn is the T bringing a diamond flush draw and he checkraises. The board is 976T. I fold.

Who else folds here? i usually pay off here against anybody with aggression of say 1.5 or higher. Does anybody usually fold here?

I check behind, but sure, as played vs that guy, it's a fold.

I would easily fold against guy, he has straight 100% of the time or at least you beat.
