Absolute Connection Problems

Anyone else having problems with tables freezing or getting bumped at peak traffic times?

I was 2-tabling whenn one of my tables froze on my button, I was forced to stand up, sit down and post in the cutoff after paying both blinds. I complained to CS that I should be credited for any raked hands that applied to my bonus/RB in the following orbit but they are giving me the run around. I don't think it's that big of a deal except that it may be a glimpse of how they deal with customer complaints.

Wrong forum. This is for bonus discussion. There might be something in the internet gambling forum about it. Btw, you wont get credited for raked hands if you're not dealt in. It's in the T&C.
