I've just pushed my bankroll over a thousand, and Im going to be going that pokerroom promotion on PSO for 12,000 points. Anyway is pokertracker going to be worth it at this stage of the game for me? I feel like I'm lacking an advantage that others have, so I need to take the plunge and get it. Thanks for any input.

If you take the time to go through your numbers and review your hands then hell yeah, it's worth it.

Yes - PT is worth it.
You can accurately track wins/losses, filter, analyse and replay all your own hands. You can generate stats on other players (and autorates to categorise them if you like) and use a HUD like GT+ or PAHUD to display them on screen in real time as you play. Sounds worth it to you? |

I am huge PT fan. I am sure that it has improved my win rate more than any other single item. Having said that, I don't think it helps my poker game overall much. Using PAHud along with PT makes keeping track of your opponents not as important.
I just started propping again at a small site that isn't PT compatible and it is a much different game there. I can't just glance at the screen anymore to see if I am playing against a nutjob or not. Now I have to actually watch the players. Overall the $55 spent on PT will pay for itself very quickly, just use it as a help to your game not as a crutch. |

As far as being allowed on sites. I'm led to believe that it's cool with all sites, and hopefully stars/party/bodog.

I couldn't imagine playing online poker without it.
Don't forget to pick up the poker ace HUD (pokeracesoftware.com). |

Well I guess the best course of action is to spend PSO points on it right?
