I've always wanted to see one of these "tough guys" get their ass kicked, but this was about the least plausible suspect to dish that out. Great episode overall, but Artie is losing his mind. It was a great show for John Ventimiglia, but I can't imagine him being so blase in so many ways with mob guys of all walks. He's kinda been like that the whole time though, but it;s just odd that someone with such an obvious tacit relationship with the mob would be so stupid about his dealing with members.

[img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] [/ QUOTE ] my memory is a little hazy, but I think in either season 4 or 5, artie and his wife got a divorce...artie then hooked up with his HOT french hostess whose brother was a wine dealer...artie borrowed money from Tony to invest in this business, when it went south, artie confronted the French dude, the french dude kicked the [censored] out of artie and tore out his earing...then he tried to kill himself and blamed the entire situation on Tony. Then the last scene of the episode was Furio knocking on the french dudes door...I think Tony gave artie something like 10K or maybe 20K, but it was a good chunk of change...Tony was also charging "points" on the loan Since that ep artie and tonys relationship was strained but has recovered nicely
