PLZ HELP!

Ok, look I am not an idiot and have worked on this seemingly trivial problem for a week now with no results.

My problem is very simple: UB hasnt worked on my labtop ever since I set up a new wireless network in my new townhome.

i HAVE GONE THROUGH ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS AND HEEDED ALL THE SUGGESTIONS UB has listed on their website.

So Far they have refused to do anything as far as getting someone on the phone with me or in a position to IM with me as I attemp to log in.

When I do attemp to login I get the generic "website cannot be found error page" in those portions of the UB site that update themselves.

Once I got into the site by using the start menu icon for UB but since it is a total no go. I have uninstalled reinstalled and ran with no firewall plus allowed cookies etc. etc.
