Default How does AbsolutePoker feel about aggressive bonus whoring

The only time I've ever deposited money into absolutepoker has been for one of their many bonuses, and I always cash out after I've finished it. I just cashed out on thursday and see they've got 2 new bonuses for today and tomorrow. Has anyone heard of any negative consequences (banned accounts, seized funds, etc) from this aggro of bonus whoring on AP?

So far it seems like they welcome the bonus whores because their unlocking system guarantees they make some money off them, just wanted to see what other peoples' experiences have been.

I think if they had a problem with it they wouldnt offer 3 bonuses a week. No reason to play there without a bonus really.

I told them i came for the bonus and the lady laughed and said that most people do. She said she hoped i would stay and make use of all their other bonuses too. They know that to compete they have to give lots of bonuses. In fact, with their bonus and the rb from PSO, i'm getting more than total rakeback from WPEX. So i play at Absolute.

Not to mention all the fish who bust out and never collect on the bonus. They make up 90% of the site's traffic.

They aren't. Almost every hand played by every player is under a bonus, plus they're paying the affiliate anywhere from 25% to 40% of the player's MGR. This is very close to 100% rakeback. Do the numbers, and it's easy to see that this site is probably breaking even, at best. Apparently, their goal is to get a large enough player base to get bought out by a larger site.

The bonus is payed out in $10 increments. As long as the player is playing, he's getting bonus money. And the affiliate is being payed 25-40 percent of the player's MGR on top of that.

As for your claim that 90% of the site's traffic is fish, that's laughable. It's more like 90% multitabling TAG's and 10% fish.

Maybe at the higher limits, but up to 2/4 the PT stats are far more fishey than TAGgy.
