Well I guess there is no way to tell for sure but trying it out myself... From what I've read the best method is not click 'sit out' until you're UTG?

It's the best software in the whole online poker industry...you'd better change your PC or learn how to configure it....

Agreed, it's the worst poker site I have tried. I signed up to bonus whore, got half way through in a couple days, and couldn't take it anymore and quit. I feel like I'm basically paying money not to play there, and it's the best investment I've ever made.

I'm guessing this is a joke. It's one of the poker clients with the most bugs in the industry.

I had this "one holecard" problem way back when Paradise was the #1 place to play occasionally as well. Noticed that their software hasn't really changed much or gotten better in the 5+ years, either. And little annoyances still exist (like in NL, minimum bet on flop = BB, minimum bet on turn or river = 2 x BB). There are tons of other annoyances as well that I forgot about since I last played there (for a day or two and gave up).

This software is probably the most resource intensive of all out there.

I have been whoring PR (Hollywood) for a few months and the software is crappy but I can get past it, the problem I’ve got with the site is that I’m constantly getting ‘slow connection’ messages.
This defiantly should not be possible due to the fact that I’m on a major university lan connection. The kicker is that when I’m waiting and getting booted from the tables I can easily reach any other website at that time except Hollywood. Has anyone else had this connection problem?

The black boxes problem is related to using dual monitors.

If you keep the tables on your primary screen it doesn't happen. I've complained to them about it a bajillion times.

Bottom Line,

It's not the "WORST" software in the industry, it's very close though. Pacific Poker is still by far the worst.

The hand history issues are NOT fixed, as it just screwed me out of a bunch of hands one hour ago.

The black box issue I can't say I've encountered, but I wouldnt put it past those morons.

Whoever said "its the best in the industry" is incorrect.
