Default JJ-turn raise

I've been getting my brains beat in playing shorthanded so I went looking for something I don't suck at. Maybe I'm wrong. I think I've been calling too much in situations like this. True/false?

2nd hand at a fairly loose table, but no numbers on UTG

i think youre forced to call down just because of the nature of what he could be raising with and how big the pot is. assuming he has a queen, a call is equivalent to -.5BB because you are drawing to a set with 11:1 odds when you need 22:1 odds. effectively, this means that you are paying 1.5BB to see the showdown and i think you should expect to be good often enough.
