Looking over his resume I see less 1 year poker room experience, and thats at the Alladin, his present job as a shift manager. Lots of casino business background, but does that mean someone knows the nuances of poker?

For whatever reason he chose to leave his time in Costa Rica off his resume. Also his resume has not been updated in quite some time.

Edit to add: Reading the review of his book it sounds like it is helpful for someone that has never been in a poker room. I doubt it explains how to approach problems that can and do arise in poker.

this is a great book---
I was able to get an advnace copy, read it. Thought it was great. If rooms would use this as the TRAINING MANUAL all would run smooth
