I figured if he has an A he's going to push on me so I made a flop bet that I could get away from if that's what he did. Thoughts? Looking at those odds again, maybe I should've called [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Even with those odds, I can't see you being ahead enough to make a call correct. The only other hand I can see him doing this with is K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], but that makes his PF call very questionable. In any case, it's one hand out of many in his range made up of mostly Ax.

I play this the same exact way when making a c-bet against a shortie.
