I think he means push to get a call from a medium strength hand since villain is a fish given the description. At least, that's why I would push.

Sorry, for the extra post! But I don't think pushing is correct. In my experiance he said that because he does not want you to bet. You must try and get maximum value here, and a bet about 1/3 of the pot might rope in top pair ok kicker.

AJ or AK might definatly call push... esp an aggressive player. The question is, do we really think he's that strong? Aggressive player will tend to push 2 pair even on suited boards at some point to see where they stand. AT or AQ look quite likely. We know one thing, he wants a show down, he doesn't say that otherwise, so it's not a busted flush draw.
