I'm guessing this is a joke. It's one of the poker clients with the most bugs in the industry.

sometimes there is no small blind, sometimes no big blind, sometimes you can't start new tables (although this has got better since the last upgrades), money can get "stuck" on tables and last but absolutely not least hand historys stops getting recorded to your harddrive sometimes if you sit out.

Also. You can't resize the tables, you can't buy in more if you don't bust (or can you? If you can, then my complain is that it's hard to find =)).

I still play there as there is lots of fish, but with the added fact that they have high rake I'm certinly looking for options.

I remember a few months back where I had to stop using GT+ with PokerRoom because ... well, because it didn't work, and there was no way to get it to work. It's probably a similar issue with PA HUD.

poker room has a phone number if you hunt for it. i think the last numbers spell out poker or something, but i know that pokespoker has phone support, and they are the same network and have much better deals long term.

- PA HUD: you have to download the latest beta patch, since PR's recent upgrade

- Missing small blind: I see this a lot.

- Reload (if not bust): after you fold, quickly hit "sit out" then hit cashier, and you can reload. Just remember to click "sit in" then...although the hand history issue might arise here

- The one that bothers me is the preselect button for folding. If I go to click it and the action is close, by the time I get to it the action might be on me, so the actual fold button moves up slightly, causing a missed click (argh)

The hh issue always happens here. It also seems to happen for no reason. I dont think Ive ever played there and not missed a few hundred hands at the end of my session. I had to buy PRFetch just to get my own hand histories.

PR software for sure sucks.

Remember to e-mail them constantly with your complains. They can't ignore us forever. Well, they probably can but it would be a shame if we just gave up without a fight.
