Day 1A. About five hours in. I have around 17,000 which is pretty good for this time.

Blinds 100-200.

UTG+1 (13K) raises to 600. I call with 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] in MP3. BB (18K) who is a pro calls also.

Flop (1700): 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Beautiful. BB checks, UTG+1 bets out 1100, I raise to 4300, BB pushes, UTG+1 thinks for about a minute and folds. I figure he has the straight a large majority of the time (75%), but definitely could have a semibluff or 77. So I call.

He had 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and no help came. UTG+1 said he mucked nut flush draw.

I got knocked out by having young kids... maybe someday, when they are older and I can enter a satellite, I'll have a shot at being dead money in the WSOP ME

This doesn't really qualify, but I'm going to put it here anyway. Played one Stars 615+35, and at the first level my AA ran into KK, all-in preflop. I never had a chance.
