We used "shoulder tapping" in the Wash DC area mid-90's. None too proudly, but we used it.

i thought kaylin was street slang too. never heard of shoulder tapping, i guess in England it'd be "oy mate"

im worried enough that someone found my sisters friend somehow. also, evan had a long aim conversation with my sister last night and i would like to keep the 2p2ers talking to her to a minimum.

the poster knows me and knows where my sister goes to school and etc, so i assume he did some easy research, still, how easy it is to do research prevents me from posting a picture or reference to anything about my sister.
