Default Prima Seven Card Stud Blunder

For three years now, Prima has had a regular fixed limit 7 stud game at .50/1.00 offered. It was the only fixed limit game that was played regularly, and you could find a game of it 24 hours. Sometimes there were four tables of it being played.

It was the ONLY fixed limit game regularly played at Prima in 7 stud. It has ALWAYS been the only regularly played fixed limit 7 stud game they've had.

So two days ago they remove it from the lobby. It is no longer being offered. There has not been a fixed limit game of 7 stud played at any level since.

The minimum 7 stud fixed limit game is now 1/2, and nobody seems willing to play it.

So why would a site do this? Why kill off a whole segment of their site that had the only regular games in it?

I haven't played there for ages, but did they possibly remove it because of bonus whores? Otherwise, they are pretty stupid.

Mail your skin and ask them to tell prima to add them back. I have suggested three tables they did not have before and they added them all within a few days.

Time to get the $1/$2 going imo. I think they got rid of it because of the bonus whores.

First off, why get rid of the only fixed limit game of 7stud they ever had on a regular basis?? Makes no sense.

If it was somehow related to bonus abuse, then wouldn't they get rid of .50/1.00 at Omaha and Holdem too. So that couldn't be it. Besides, there were only a few tables going at most times, hardly a vehicle for some type of abusive behaviour, if that is even possible.

I did email a skin and they forwarded it on to Prima. I'm thinking they just made a mistake. There are still .25/.50 PL and NL Stud games going on, just no fixed.

I was not judging that perticular limit but just a generic tip. However the 1/2 limit 5/7 card stud tables are not very good compared to 0.5/1.0, way too high ante.

I can recomend you to try 5 card stud 0.5/1.0 limit. Not always a table going but very very juicy. I played 4 months so far and had ~$7/h playing one table.
