I wouldnt feel guilty, girls dont come over to your apartment and get drunk etc for no reason. Sometimes chicks feel they need that extra boost (alky), to do something they want to do anyways (i know that sounds like the villian in an after school special's justification, but thats not how I mean it). booze is a truth serum. The legal system does a lot to trivialize actual crimes by equating them with far inferior crimes. It's not limited to rape.

In this case, the term has lost a lot of value because of it.
