Nothing sucks more than winning big at the end of one year and losing big at the start of the next and playing on a bankroll essentially owned by the IRS. |

Re: Closest to going busto comebacks
When I first started playing about 2 1/2 years ago, I had deposited like $500 on one of the Crypto sites just to try it out. Had played some Sit-n-Gos on UB for $5 and decided to Bonus Whore....
Anyway, tried a little $1/2 limit for a while and lost a chunk. Moved to NL$100 and lost a chunk....finally on my last buy-in (what's bankroll requirements?!?) at NL$100 on like my 2nd hand I got KK and Raised, was re-raised, I raised again and called a push....he had AA but I sucked out. After that, went on a heater to build the roll (started learning the game) and never looked back. Kinna wonder what might have happened had I lost that hand. |

Re: Closest to going busto comebacks
got a 10k+ bankroll from $26 i had in partpoker last september, 9-01-2005
ok here's the story a little over a year ago i started playing online poker. i started out was playing $5, $10 $20 SnG's and quickly moved up to $50 $100 Sng's and won about 2k in 2 weeks. Over the next month or so i lost that cash back. I played here and there lost $50 here $100 there then stopped for a few months. I used some of my PartyPoker point to get into a freeroll tourny and can u belive it i came in 3rd out of 1300 people. That was $275 in my account, so i started playing cash games $50 and $100 NL 6max. Turn my $275 into $700 in a week or 2 then lost it all back down to $26 omg. Thats right just $26. i told my self i had to win just $10 a day for the next month. I got that $26 up to $600 in a month and i never looked back. got a 10k br now from $26 i had in 9-01-2005 |
