Well I fold the flop and if I call I fold the turn. If a jack falls you are owned by a lone ace. You pretty much have somewhere round 5~ outs and that might be generous because you might be chopping.
Edit. I missed the bottom end so this is a call on flop but I still fold this on turn. They will have a queen or king more than enough for this to be -EV in this smallish pot.

Perfect in my opinion. Although I don't know what to do if I turned or river a J and was bet into.
