Default Manners at a table

This has yet to happen but i want to be clear about what to do. Playing a NL ring game, after an hour i am ahead cashwise, when is it appropriate to leave? I don't want to stay at table and want to play elsewhere.
This question is not about how much i should win before i leave, it is more about what will the other players say should i leave with their cash. Is there some sort of etiquette in relation to this circumstance?

My last point - has anyone any advice about Dublin casinos/card rooms - my friend and i hope to visit there soon.

Thanks.

Honestly, it's your money. No one has the right to tell you what to do with it or when to leave with it. Just leave when you want. The reason I say this is because every single person at the table will do this at one time or another.

If you're playing in a b&m you just leave whenever you want to. Sometimes other players will grumble if they think you've hit and run but you should ignore them completely.

Hitting and running in a home game is different. You can still leave at any time but you might not be invited back.

Donk: "Hey, where do you think you're going with that"
OP: "Eat my ass"

Problem solved.

What really sucks is when the donk hits a few hands and is up money, then leaves the table, when you know they'll give it back. Luckily it doesn't happen very often.

I've seen people leave after 15-20 minutes of play and having won. People may grumble, but there's nothing wrong with it.

There is a player in our room that plays 1-2nl only...and everytime he gets up anything, he goes to the board, puts his name up for a table change, and buys back in for a lower amount. The player is a complete stiff, too which probably draws more attention to himself. Let's just say some of the other regulars already have him pegged as a douche for always changing tables and buying back in for the lower amount.

Well yeah, doing it everytime you play and anytime you've won money, that's a douche move. But, doing it once, or every once in a great while, not much wrong with it.
