Default Questionable river fold

CO and button are solid TAGs, UTG is a loose passive.

This is pretty bad. Your not overcalling and you only have to call one more bet with no one behind you. Your hand seems hopeless but you only have to be good here less than 5% of the time. Looks like CO likely has 44.

At first I thought he was donking into you, in which case I thought it was a bad fold, but not a stupid one. You really need to call when you check to him.

obviously u are usually beat, but cant villain have a lower flush (i.e. 86, 56) at least once in 21 times?

I would never fold here, but whatever. I honestly don't think what you do in this situation is going to impact your winrate in the long run very much...I think it's pretty close either way

Preflops ok as long as the table is very loose/passive.

preflop is horrible, this is a very weak hand you need the button it doesnt matter how loose passive the table might be. If it was T9s or 98s fair enough but not weak one gappers.

who knows what you are thinking on the river, save the world class folds for world class players. He may have something like AA or AK KQ even.
