Well, I AM a noob at watching thing, but I don't think Cruz did that well on stand up compared to Monson. While watching the fight, I had it scored 10-9 Monson the whole way. The takedown certainly did it for me for MOnson, but even standing up, it didn't look like Cruz was damaging him that much. Monson got in some good licks of his own.

Again, noob opinion, plus I was watching from way up in the nosebleeds.
