While I didn't think the movie was the 'loosyest' ever, it was a bit disappointing that the writer/director didn't put more poker in it. The drama of some poker hands was much needed.

I don't think the poker was that big a deal. It was made before the boom and there was a lot to cover. I thought replacing Jack Strauss and making Leo the Jap the central chaarcter in his life was a lot worse. I also didn't like the Imperioli casting.
