Hello,
This is my first post. I have been lurking for a long time and there seems to be a good amount of legal knowledge in this forum. I am a member of pocketfives and we recently had an issue with a major online poker site using copyrighted material for one of the "pro poker lesson emails" that they send out. Below is the link and I was wondering if anyone had any advice to legal action or if there is any. Thanks http://www.pocketfives.com/53F1EAF2-...2D72AF1A2.aspx |

Hi shighley3205:
You should contact Howard Lederer at Full Tilt with your complaint. I'm sure he'll look into it and resolve the matter. best wishes, Mason |

lol, they changed two dashes in re-buy and tight-aggressive.
i am sure that will keep them out of trouble. Seriously, someone goofed big time and big-time too! |

Looks like an editing goof. Those two opening paragraphs are identical, but the rest of each article goes its own way. I'm sure somewhere on Clonie's clipboard (or on the clipboard of the lackey at Full Tilt editing these tips) is the opening paragraph that was supposed to go there.

Yea. This is not good for FTP at all. I can't see Clonie actually writing an article and copying this, which means one of the FTP staff wrote this article and just decided to copy the first paragraph
