I usually hate polls, but help settle an argument. Please vote only if you have some knowledge about BOTH types of schools.

Pretty dumb question.
I'm sure both have their fair share of douchebags, as well as good folks. At any given time, why would you assume that one would have someone who's a bigger douchebag than the other? For that matter, why would either have bigger douchebags than you'd find outside of grad school? Also, I'm pretty sure this is largely dependent onj how you define douchebag. Law school tends to have more than its share of liberals. B-school tends the other way. |

Dunno about business school, but the douchebagginess of law students is somewhat overstated. Yeah, there are douchebags, but they are pretty easy to ignore/avoid.

DD,
Yeah there are some HUGE d-bags in med school, but they work so hard and usually provide an actual service to humanity when they come out, so their douchebaggery is more justified. |

I took a stats class with b-school kids while I was getting my master's. They weren't d-bags, but boy, were they stupid.

DN - tough one. I'd probably say that on average, law school students are smarter but much bigger tools.

A good friend of mine went to Harvard Law, and he's a good guy. But his law-school buddies, Good Lord, are they dbags. So I voted law school, based purely on a six-person or so sample of Harvard Law School guys.

Dont know any law students, but most business majors I have met are also some of the dumbest people I have ever met. I voted for business based on this.
