Does he? Look at that board. CO is still in the pot. So either MP has the straight or CO does... OR one has a set and the other KJ OR any combo of these. Now compare the most likely chance one of your outs is gone (K most likely). You are down to 3 outs, this a 7% chance to hit IF they are good. (One has AQ, the other KJ).

I think he is behind with few outs.
