have you ever sped a bit over the limit, have you ever driven slightly drunk, have you ever stumbled through the street drunk off your ass. Guess what, all of that is illegal too. Its cause drugs are fun. Its hard to get caught, and if you do get caught, you have to have a ton to go to jail

The only reason that I have done any drugs is that the chance of getting caught is extremely low (read:none).

Smoking a blunt once in a while in the comforts of your own home isn't going to hurt/alert anyone. Same goes for any of the drugs that I've taken.

The only "danger" (besides potential health issues) in drugs is when you are buying them... so you better have a trusted source.

This has happened to me too; I think the issue is entirely one of smoking after already being somewhat drunk. I've seen it happen in others, as well.

I've lived in lots of places and smelled pot wafting out of people's apartments. And been in those apartments myself too many times to count. I've never once seen the cops called because of it. I also used to go to a poker game where people smoked pot and a high ranking cop played with us while people were smoking pot all around him.

People mostly just don't care and mind their own business.
