Default Missing Pages in \"Theory of Poker\"

I am currently reading "The Theory of Poker" by David Sklasky (Fourth Edition, Eighth Printing, December 2005). There was an obvious error in the printing of this book as it skips from page 112 to page 145. From page 145 the book reads like normal until page 176, when it goes back to page 145.

As I said there was an obvious printing error where one section was left out and another printed twice. I'm sure I'm not the only reader to encounter this problem, but I'm not sure what I should do about it. I thought the most logical thing would be to contact 2+2 for a replacement copy, and this forum seemed like the easiest way to do that.

If anyone reading this can direct me to the proper channels to get a replacement copy I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,

Ben Houg

Although I can not speak for Two Plus Two Publishing I'm fairly certain that you could return your book to them in exchange for a complete copy.
