odds question

hey all...stars asked me to captain oregon's world cup team and one of the qualifiers asked me these questions..could someone either post me the answers or a link to them? i used the search feature to no avail...not really feeling working out the math...
HU- so your opponent has a pocket pair about 1 in 16/17 hnds. So does that mean the chance that both players have a PP is about .0039? --- i know 17-1 is correct for a pair but the other number is way off i believe
2 HU- you're opponent makes a pair on flop about 31%. Therefore, is it right that he makes top pair about 10%?

skimmed and saw this. no.

32 cant make top pair for instance. and the chance that 87 makes top pair is also diminished. AK can only make top pair.
