Computer Spec Help?

I want to buy a laptop, and I am not very familiar with pricing. I'm looking to spend around $1,000 and there are a few things that I want in the computer, but I might not be able to afford it.

2.0 GHz AMD 64 bit processor
128 bit dedicated graphics card
between 512 Mb and 1 Gb ram

This might be too much hardware for $1000, but I have found one at Best Buy for $1199. Any thoughts? Thanks
