WSEX error - User is blocked (11)

Yay, another WSEX thread, just what this forum needs!

Played on WSEX for an hour before I got logged out in the middle a hand with the message "User is blocked (11)". Same error on any subsequent login attempts. Can still log in from main website and see my balance, but poker client rejects.

Have mailed their support several times over the last week, but they aren't responding to my mails. Anyone else run into this? Ideas?

PS: Possibly related; I received mail asking for ID verification on the credit charge, sent them driver's licence and utility bill. Received mail last week that this was cleared up and I was good to go, but still can't log in.

You're banned. If they banned you, it's obviously for a good reason. Just be glad your balance is still there. I'd put in some sportsbook cover play, then quietly cash out and never go back. I wouldn't even piss them off by asking why you're banned, especially since the document all-clear and banning were a week apart.

fakedit: My best guess is you won money from someone with a stolen credit card, or have been accused of collusion. Tough beat there.

You're not banned. That's happened to me a couple of times. It's a bug. Log out completely and try again in a few mins.

The blocking happened only about an hour after I first deposited. I have been blocked for well over a week now. I find it hard to believe they could find credible cause for a ban over such a short time. I find it hard to believe they would be able to detect it even if I was blatantly colluding with someone, in such a short time.

Also, shouldn't I at least receive an E-mail informing me of such? That's the strange part to me, that they are just ignoring my multiple polite E-mails on the issue.

Yeah, like contacting Customer Service should be second to making yet another inane 2+2 WSEX post.
