What's this movie?

I don't know the title, but it was in the same vein as The Good Son where a little kid causes all kinds of trouble right under the parents' noses.

It had a pregnant lady show up on a family's doorstep and has the baby at their house. Then she leaves immediately, abandoning her. It is a cute blond girl, but she is vicious to the older brother. At the end of the movie there is a clip of the same lady pregnant again and she is moving in on a new family.

It came out in the 70's or early 80's.

No. It was not Bad Seed. The girl was younger. Like 5 years old. Theres a scene where she has a big chunk of the brother's hair that she rips out. May have been a British movie???

And definitely not a comedy (PC2)
