I hate being in this spot but I think you have to call due to pot odds alone. You are getting 2.8 to 1. Your gonna hit the flop 1 out of 3 times.

hmm i'm by no means an expert as i'm just learning so take it fwiw. i'd call here given pot odds. and most importantly you have position. i might also consider moving in given its a small stakes turbo, but what do i know, hah
