i would likely check the turn. you are rarely ahead here and getting raised is bad.

i would never 3bet the river bc sb looks exactly like he hit a flush and it will, save 23, always be higher than yours.

Does anyone lead the flop here? That is what I usually do in this spot with pairs.

Depends on who the PFR was... but yes, sometimes I lead with the intention of getting a 3B against people I know who will raise the flop with overs for free cards

A button raise isn't bad at all unless he has specifically 88 or A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. It'll likely get rid of the sb, and you have really high fold equity on a 3-bet against his range.

Interesting. I'm considering SB capable of check-raising a straight here though so that has to cut into the profit of your play at least a bit.

Blind structure is important to determining how bad pf was.

its party poker 10/20, so teh blinds are 5 and 10. but i'm confused. regardless of the blinds, i still have to pay 1 sb to call, so why does it matter?

2/3 structure you have to pay 4/3 sb to call. 1/3 structure you have to pay 5/3 sb to call.

I'd have autocalled pf.

Flop, I love the CR, but I'd just call the 3bet.

I'd check/call the turn.

I'd have a tuff choice between donking river and cr river.
