Who\'s gonna win the west?
San Antonio -131
Phoenix +288 Dallas +402 Spurs seemed to be a lock a month ago, but Duncan appears to be injured and hasn't been playing well. I thought the Suns would have a shot if Stoudamaire got healthy. Seems like there might be some value with Dallas. |

[/ QUOTE ] I love San Antonio, but I'd wait a day or two to bet it...see if there's a backlash from the Dallas and Sacramento losses. Off the top of my head, I'm not sure what SA's record is on the 2nd night of back-to-back games, but I think I heard a week or two ago that they were 5-8. Then, they lost to sacramento (at home) on the 2nd of back-to-backs (a great gambling opportunity...). However, the playoffs are soooo spread out that they won't be playing any back to backs, or 4 games in 6 days. Given this, their health will be less of a concern in the playoffs than it is now (I think). Josh |
