player statistics

Anyone know a good way of understanding player stats.Various sites ive played at hav player stat logs of ur action i.e pf % of call ,fold raise etc.. Also mtt stats .How do I know what is considered average play. I would assume this is very valuable info regardless of being up or down $wise.Tried the search nofind
