Why not bet adn 3-bet the flop? If anyone caps, it tells you they really like their hand, since they can't cap on the nut flush draw. Wouldnt' this "define" your hand as pretty strong and willing to go to the river? - which you are anyway.

Then lead the turn if the flop isn't capped. You're going to call anyway, why not lead and see what happens? Stay aggressive and put the pressure on them. If you get heads up , you can always bluff the river.
