Doing this after the round is over is perfectly fine. However during a hand this should not be allowed under any circumstance. Even grimmacing or whatnot really shouldn't be done because it affects those currently playing. You can kindly explain to this person that if someone else was still on a straight draw then he is giving information about the rest of the unknown cards that he shouldn't be (eg. that there's one less 8 in the deck so that gutshot straight isn't going anywhere).
