OK, due to popular demand I have resurrected the coaching spreadsheet. Josh was struggling to keep it updated so I have voluteered (mug!) to do this for now. I've had to host it on my website (in my profile) as I cannot host it here.

If anyone wants anything updating or adding then contact me via PM. I'll get round to enhancing it a bit when I get time but for now it's the same old spreadsheet but on a webpage instead.
