against a 75/20, it certainly isn't a "clear fold", its a marginal fold at best.
it all depends on what kind of 75/20 he is. lots of them play any pocket pair like it's the nuts, and i'm more inclined to say it is this way until proven otherwise, than vice versa. I might also call with JJ depending on my read of him. KK is an insta call.
