I watched some of the Darts championship coverage on FSN and found it to be pretty interesting.

I've never seen darts on ESPN.

I'm watching dominoes right now on ESPN Deportes and it's not nearly as interesting as I hoped. The fact that I don't know what the hell the announcers are saying (aside from catching a few numbers in there like a 'doo-blay uno' or something).
I would really have to concentrate on the screen to figure it out.

If I were watching with my GF's brother than he could translate some of what the announcers are saying and I could figure out more of it.

Each player has 7 tiles to start with and there are 4 players at the table and they play partners (teams of 2).
you see all the players tiles via graphic just like you would see their hole-cards in poker.
But the board gets kind of complicated and then each player still has 4 or 5 tiles left...blah blah. It's weird.

Looks like they're doing it somewhere in Vegas but no idea where. They just showed the 'Welcome to Las Vegas' sign and had their little host (Shana Hiatt type) welcome back the audience.

Also interested in how much money they are playing for.

The commercials for the upcoming episode show a couple of guys fist-pumping in triumph or getting upset or something at the table not unlike how they try to market the WSOP.
