Big pot with KK
Hello,
I am reviewing my play on KK's. What should I do in this hand? 2/5 NL 6 handed stacksizes: Hero (BB) $980 SB $253 Button $713 Stats: SB 68.75/12.50 over 48 hands Button 33.88/7.99 over 363 hands The past 2-3 orbits I have won a couple of big hands against SB who seems to like to call big bets with almost anything. I haven't done anything ordinary and have shown good hands. Button is solid player. Hero receives K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] k[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in the BB: UTG raises to $15. Button and SB call the $15. Hero raises to $90. UTG folds. Button and SB call the $90. Flop comes 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Pot is $285: SB pushes for $163. Hero ???? |

Re: Big pot with KK
This is probably gonna sound stupid, so i'd really like to hear some other advice, but i think i would raise it up the pot/push
The idea being that its quite unlikely that one person flopped a flush (let alone two) and you definately don't want the button to come along if you simply call. |
